SAPT submission to Forth Crossing Bill Committee
The Scottish Association for Public Transport (SAPT) have today published their evidence to the Forth Crossing Bill Committee.
The paper concludes that "principle of an additional Forth Crossing by 2016 should be rejected in favour of specific measures to ensure carbon cuts and better use of the existing rail and road bridges."
