Car Clubs Review
Transform Scotland Trust has commissioned a review of the opportunities for car club development in Scotland and how these may reduce carbon emissions from transport whilst also expanding the co-operative sector and creating new employment.
This study will include a stakeholder consultation of what is needed to establish a supportive policy framework and effective mechanism to deliver support. There are some towns and cities and smaller communities where interest in this idea is already established.
